Sentencing arguments are scheduled to take place in February for a Saskatoon man who spent more than a year prowling around yards, recording unsuspecting people and exposing his genitals in public places.

The offences occurred between July 2014 and August 2015. In Saskatoon provincial court on Wednesday, Kyle Ronald Hameluck, 28, pleaded guilty to four counts of voyeurism, seven counts of committing an indecent act, one count of prowling by night and three counts of mischief.

According to the indictment, Hameluck was caught prowling around a home in the Silverwood Heights neighbourhood and a business on 26th Street East between July 13, 2014 and Aug. 3, 2015.

An indecent act charge stemming from Sept. 19, 2014 states Hameluck “stroked his exposed penis in his vehicle on multiple occasions” while members of the public walked by. Then between Sept. 23 and Nov. 7, 2014, as well as from Dec. 12 to 16, 2014, he took voyeuristic videos on numerous occasions.

On Jan. 9, 2015, Hameluck touched his exposed genitals while on a city bus in the presence of passengers. He did the same thing on a bus on March 11, 2015, and was also seen committing the same indecent act in another, unspecified, public place and while he sat in his vehicle that same day.

An additional voyeurism charge stemmed from an incident on July 14, 2015 at an apartment in the City Park neighbourhood. On Aug. 3, 2015, Hameluck exposed himself to a woman and committed another voyeurism offence.

He was also charged with assault, sexual assault and breaking and entering. The Crown indicated those charges will be dealt with at the conclusion of sentencing.
